The first phase consists of an intensive client interview to identify the customer’s needs, esthetic preferences, non-negotiable requirements and desirable elements. Rigorous training and field experience in this phase enables our designers to filter out the right balance between functionality, luxury, esthetics and budgetary requirements. |

The second phase in the design process is the creative one. Here our designers develop his or her ideas as well as the client ideas into a coherent design concept. The resulting concept includes scaled floor plans, furniture and fabric selections, designs of custom furniture, rugs and lighting plans. |

The client kicks-off the third phase by approving the final design concept and approving the selections made. Project management then takes over and ensures placement of purchase orders, follow-through, timely delivery and installation to the client’s complete satisfaction. All this is achieved in close cooperation between client, designer and project management. |
