Jens Albiez, the founder and president of Sternberg Interiors, Inc., received his formal training in business administration at the Cologne University, Germany and further management training at INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France. Before settling in Sarasota, he lived and worked in Hong Kong and London. Art and Design being his foremost interests he has broadened his knowledge with extensive field trips to Tuscany and Umbria, Italy. He is passionate about good design and functionality, which is reflected in his selection of merchandise displayed throughout the showroom. His aesthetics cannot deny the influence of his European background that show a clear preference for a relaxed yet sophisticated – if understated – lifestyle.
He enjoys living in Sarasota with his wife and four beautiful daughters.
